At the top of our governance regime is the board of directors made up of entrepreneurs and highly seasoned finance experts, followed by an executive management committee and management team.

The role of the Board is to chart the strategic course of the firm, while the Executive Management Committee, made up of our three Co-CEOs who provide the needed strategic leadership for the Business Development Groups and Support Service Units.

The management team is made up of members of the executive committee and heads of the different units. Essentially, they see to the day-to-day operations of the firm.
